Description
The Bureau of Reclamation’s Eastern Colorado Area Office is seeking a contractor to replace approximately ten existing commercial exterior door assemblies at its Loveland, Colorado facility. Work includes removal of existing doors, supply and installation of new doors, frames, hardware, weather‑sealing, and integration with existing card‑access and automatic operators, as well as restoration of surrounding finishes. The contract will be performed over a 180‑day period following the notice to proceed.
• Replace 10 exterior doors (various configurations: single, double, full‑lite, half‑lite, storefront, and hinged).
• Provide new commercial‑grade hardware, weather‑seals, and integrate card‑access/security systems and automatic operators where required.
• Perform demolition, installation, code‑compliant finishes, and final testing/acceptance within a 180‑day performance window.
