The County of DeKalb, GA is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive maintenance, repair, installation, and inspection services for all overhead doors, roll‑up doors, sliding doors, and gates (including automatic operators) located throughout the county. This is an indefinite‑quantity, annual contract with a base term of 12 months and up to four optional one‑year renewals. Bids must be submitted electronically by 3:00 pm on October 28, 2026.
