Library Book Supplies

The Sherman Independent School District (SISD) is seeking sealed proposals for the purchase of library books, AV material, and supplies. The approved vendors are expected to service 2 early childhood centers, two alternative locations, seven elementary campuses, two middle schools, and one high school. The contract will be a multiple award contract to vendors as determined to offer the best value to SISD. The term of this contract will be from June 6, 2024 through June 30, 2030. * Key features of the contract include: * Provision of library books, AV material, and supplies * Service to 2 early childhood centers, two alternative locations, seven elementary campuses, two middle schools, and one high school * Multiple award contract * Contract term: June 6, 2024 through June 30, 2030 * Vendors must offer discounts off of catalog/website prices, and published prices, or fair market value * The District reserves the right to negotiate with any or all respondents and accept or reject any and/or all proposals
