Interim Shelter – Bridge Housing Bed Expansion

The County of Sacramento’s Department of Health Services is seeking vendors to expand its interim shelter capacity by adding approximately 100 bridge‑housing beds. The work includes providing the necessary goods, services, or equipment to create and operate additional shelter units in accordance with detailed technical specifications supplied in the full solicitation. This is an open‑enrollment solicitation that will remain open until the end of 2026 or until the 100‑bed target is met.
