The Chatham County Police Department is seeking one or more qualified providers to deliver confidential, professional polygraph examinations on an as‑needed basis for criminal investigations, internal affairs, pre‑employment screening, and other authorized law‑enforcement purposes. The contract is a one‑year award with optional four‑year extensions, and the County will not guarantee a minimum volume of examinations; service requests will be issued throughout the contract term. Proposers must supply licensed examiners, maintain appropriate insurance, and adhere to strict confidentiality and data‑security standards. Pricing is to be submitted on a per‑examination basis, with no additional fees unless expressly approved. Evaluation will consider experience, technical approach, quality‑assurance processes, minority‑business participation, and cost.
