Statewide New Motor Vehicles QVL (For Additional Vendors)

The State of Missouri is seeking vendors to provide new motor vehicles for various state agencies. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option for other state agencies and government entities to order from the contract. Vendors must provide proof of compliance with the Domestic Products Procurement Act and meet the requirements of the Corporate Average Fuel Economy standard. The contract will be awarded based on the vendor's compliance with the requirements specified in the RFP, and the state reserves the right to issue subsequent solicitations for the same or similar supplies. Some key points to consider: • The contract is for the provision of new motor vehicles, including fleet vehicles and off-the-lot purchases. • Vendors must provide a minimum of one customer service representative assigned to the State of Missouri contract. • The state agency shall not pay nor be liable for any other additional costs, including taxes, shipping charges, insurance, interest, penalties, termination payments, attorney fees, liquidated damages, etc. • The contractor shall understand and agree that each price quote response submitted shall be considered an open record after the PQF has been awarded, unless otherwise exempt pursuant to the provisions of the State of Missouri Revised Statutes.
