The Agency of Commerce and Community Development is seeking a customer service representative to answer questions via email and phone from potential travelers to Vermont. The representative will also answer general tourism inquiries that come in through the website, www.vermontvacation.com. Key responsibilities include:
• Answering phone calls and emails from potential travelers
• Providing information about Vermont tourism
• Responding to general tourism inquiries through the website
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and knowledge of Vermont tourism.
