RFP Photography Services

Washtenaw Community College is establishing a qualified pool of independent photographers to provide on‑demand photography services across a range of needs, including event coverage, portrait sessions, editorial and artistic imagery, and off‑site location shoots. The college will own all images produced, and contractors must deliver high‑resolution raw files quickly, with optional edited selections where required. The contract is indefinite‑delivery with an initial term ending 30 September 2026 and possible yearly renewals through 29 September 2028. • Event photography for board meetings, convocations, commencements, and other campus events, with raw files delivered 2‑5 days after the shoot. • Portrait and editorial photography for staff, students, and marketing campaigns, including both raw and press‑ready edited images. • Location/“sense‑of‑place” photography at off‑site sites, requiring Wi‑Fi‑enabled cameras and immediate file transfer capabilities. • All deliverables become the perpetual property of the college; photographers must provide release forms and metadata for each image. • Vendors must furnish a detailed price schedule, maintain specified insurance coverages, and submit three references (one preferably in higher education).
