Final Design Services – I‑25 Canoncito to Glorieta (MP 294‑300) – RFP No. 27‑08

This solicitation seeks a qualified engineering consulting firm to provide full‑design services (0 % to 100 % construction‑ready plans) for a six‑mile segment of Interstate 25 between the Canoncito and Glorieta interchanges (Mileposts 294‑300) in Santa Fe County. The scope includes roadway reconstruction, drainage, bridge reconstruction/rehabilitation, ramp modifications, shoulder work, and safety‑feature design, together with required environmental compliance, geotechnical, survey, and ITS design deliverables. The contract is funded in whole or in part by the Federal Highway Administration and will run for four years from the Notice to Proceed. • Design phases: Preliminary (≈30 % of effort) and Final (≈70‑100 %). • Deliverables: detailed plans, profiles, structural calculations, drainage reports, geotechnical studies, bridge design packages, ITS conduit design, environmental documentation, and project‑management reports. • Mandatory qualifications: New Mexico‑registered Professional Engineer, New Mexico‑licensed Professional Surveyor, and inclusion on the NMDOT Consultant Eligibility List.
