AUDIO/VIDEO SERVICES FOR LRSD GRADUATION CEREMONIES

The Little Rock School District (LRSD) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive audio‑video production services for its 2027 graduation ceremonies at Barton Coliseum. The contract covers set‑up, operation, and tear‑down for four ceremony sessions scheduled on May 21, 2027 (8 am, 12 pm, 3:30 pm, 7 pm). The vendor must supply and operate all required equipment—including a minimum of five cameras (wide, podium, roaming, jib/tripod, and reverse‑shot), sound reinforcement, lighting, and any additional staging elements such as a star drop (which LRSD does not provide). The scope also includes on‑site rehearsals, coordination with venue staff, and compliance with LRSD’s procurement policies (no union labor required).
