TBI Training Modules / Resource Road Map

The State of South Carolina’s Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities is seeking a qualified vendor to develop a statewide Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) resource road map and four interactive training modules for case managers and direct support staff. The work includes conducting an environmental scan, focus groups, producing a Section 508‑compliant digital road map, and creating four training modules (≥ 30 minutes each) with learning checks, plus an implementation plan. All deliverables must be completed and accepted by 1 June 2027. • Environmental scan and resource compilation of statewide TBI services • Minimum three focus‑group sessions with at least six participants each and written summaries • Production of a publicly‑accessible, Section 508‑compliant road map and four interactive training modules (HTML5/MP4/PDF) • Fixed‑price contract; vendor must have ≥ 10 years experience in brain‑injury program development and hold a South Carolina vendor registration.
