This Sources Sought Notice seeks vendors capable of providing human cadaver specimens, associated medical equipment, Class VIII consumables, refrigerated transportation, and qualified trauma‑surgery subject‑matter‑expert (SME) services to support the 44th Medical Brigade’s trauma‑care training across four Army installations. The contract will be structured as a base year plus four one‑year options, with a total potential performance period of five years. Vendors must meet stringent cadaver sourcing standards (AATB certification, serology‑negative, donor‑intent compliance) and provide SMEs who are board‑certified general surgeons with extensive trauma‑procedure competencies. All personnel must complete required anti‑terrorism (AT‑I) and iWATCH trainings and obtain Installation Access Control passes.
