The State of North Carolina’s Department of Health and Human Services seeks a qualified vendor to design, develop, and deliver a standardized Direct Support Professional (DSP) Core Competency Curriculum. The curriculum must be online, bilingual (English/Spanish), ADA‑compliant, and provide 36‑50 hours of instruction covering technical, clinical, cultural, and interpersonal skills required by state regulations and Medicaid policy. Deliverables include an initial curriculum draft (due 75 days after contract execution) and a revised curriculum (due 30 days after state feedback).
