Statutory Exam of Southern Scripts, LLC dba Liviniti, LLC

The State of West Virginia, Offices of the Insurance Commissioner, is seeking a vendor to perform statutory and market conduct examinations of pharmacy benefit managers in the state. The examinations will be conducted in compliance with W. Va. Code 33-2-9 and in accordance with the Pharmacy Benefit Managers Act and the Health Benefit Plan Network Access and Adequacy Act. The scope of work includes performing financial accounting services and providing a report on the examinations. The vendor will be required to comply with all terms and conditions contained in the solicitation. • The vendor will be responsible for performing the examinations and providing a report. • The vendor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The vendor will be required to provide a detailed invoice for the services provided. • The vendor will be required to provide a certificate of insurance.
