Janesville Transit RFP for Bus Advertising Services

The City of Janesville, Janesville Transit, is seeking a contractor to provide sales services for advertising on city buses. The contractor will be responsible for collecting and retaining all money and compensation paid or agreed to be paid by third parties for any and all advertising on the city buses. The contractor will also be responsible for setting rates, executing ad contracts, making monthly payments, and maintaining records. The city reserves the right to use any unused bus ad space for city advertisements, and the contractor will be paid for the creation, installation, and removal of these ads. • The contractor must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. • The contractor must provide a detailed marketing plan and transition plan for existing advertisers. • The contractor must maintain a record of all advertising posted and removed by bus number. • The contractor must comply with the city's policy on transit advertising. • The contractor must provide a list of all advertisers under contract immediately prior to termination or expiration.
