Budget estimate

$150,000,000 – $200,000,000

The solicitation lists an estimated project value of $187 million. Considering typical overhead, profit, and risk allowances for a complex, multi‑disciplinary civil construction effort, the award could reasonably fall between $150 million and $200 million. Factors influencing the final amount include final design changes, scope adjustments, and negotiated subcontractor pricing.
