The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is issuing a government‑wide, multiple‑award IDIQ contract for biometric capture devices (fingerprint, facial, iris, palmprint, and multi‑modal) and associated peripheral equipment. The contract will be firm‑fixed‑price, with a one‑year base period and up to four one‑year option periods (total up to five years). Minimum three IDIQ awards per track are expected, with unlimited maximum. Offerors may submit separate proposals for any of the five device tracks; each track requires its own proposal.
