The City and Borough of Juneau is seeking proposals from highly qualified consultants for Cyber Security Software and Services. The selected Proposer will deliver an integrated cybersecurity suite that combines real-time monitoring with strategic security evaluations, encompassing all necessary installation, data migration, and system implementation. The solution must provide continuous oversight of the City’s network infrastructure server and operational environment. Key functional requirements include advanced data aggregation, intelligent threat detection, automated escalation and response, secure operations, and agency monitoring. • The project involves implementing a comprehensive turn-key managed detection and response solution. • The solution must be able to monitor and prevent unauthorized access to cloud systems such as Microsoft 365. • The selected Proposer will be required to execute the City’s contract upon award. • The project budget is estimated not to exceed $325,000.00. • The initial contract term begins July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for four additional years.
