Owner Controlled Insurance Program Brokerage Services

The City of Cleveland is seeking qualified insurance brokerage firms to provide Owner-Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) brokerage services for the Terminal Modernization Development Program (TMDP) at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The selected firm will be responsible for marketing, procuring, and administering a "wrap-up" OCIP program to provide risk management coverage for the TMDP. The program includes various projects such as a new parking garage, ground transportation center, and terminal area roadways. The firm should have experience in providing OCIP/CCIP marketing and brokerage services, particularly in large-scale public sector projects with program costs exceeding $1 billion. Key services include project risk assessment, insurance program design and marketing, claims management, and safety and loss control.
