The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide Architectural and Engineering services for designing a new state-of-the-art police precinct campus. The project includes the design of a comprehensive police precinct campus consisting of multiple structures and supporting infrastructure. The consultant team will be responsible for providing design services, construction administration, and inspection services. The project is funded through the City of Phoenix 2023 General Obligation Bond Program and has an estimated construction cost of $18 million. The City is looking for a team with demonstrated excellence in law enforcement facility design, sustainability innovation, and community-focused architecture. • The project scope includes the design of a main precinct building, support operations facility, and site infrastructure. • The consultant team will be required to incorporate sustainable features into the design, including solar energy, water conservation, and energy efficiency. • The team will also be responsible for coordinating with the Phoenix Office of Arts and Culture to integrate artwork into the facility design. • The City expects to create a final list of at least three, but not more than five teams for this project and will enter into negotiations with the selected team.
