Description
The Town of Prosper is seeking a qualified contractor to design, furnish, and construct a four‑lane, ultimate six‑lane concrete roadway with curb, gutter, and underground drainage on Coit Road (Prosper Trail, 1,400 ft north of Frontier). The Engineer’s estimate is $18,742,316.68. The contract will require a 5 % bid bond or cashier’s check, a performance bond of 115 % of the contract amount, a payment bond of 100 %, and a maintenance bond of 100 % for two years after acceptance. All plans, specifications, and contract documents are available for review at the Town’s Engineering Department or online via IonWave. Proposals are due by 2:00 PM CT on 5 Nov 2026, with a mandatory question deadline of 12:00 PM CT on 26 Oct 2026. The successful contractor must mobilize within 10 days of notice to proceed and complete the work within the schedule defined in the bid documents.
