Massport L1805 – Rehabilitate Runway 4L‑22R – Professional Consultant Services

Massport is seeking a qualified multidisciplinary consulting firm to provide full‑service professional consulting for the rehabilitation of Runway 4L‑22R at Boston Logan International Airport. The effort includes planning, design, construction‑phase services, resident inspection, acceptance testing, and close‑out documentation, with an overall contract ceiling of $2.5 million.
