J--NOI- EPA/IRA-Thermo Dionex Ion Service Plan

The National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Thermo Electron North America, LLC for a service maintenance plan for the Dionex Integrion Ion Chromatography instrument system. The period of performance is from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027. The service plan includes maintenance for various components of the instrument system, such as the Eluent Generator, AS-AP Autosampler, and Detector Compartment. • The service plan is required to ensure the laboratory operation of the Dionex Integrion Ion Chromatography instrument system and to ensure accurate results for research projects. • The notice of intent is not a request or quote/proposal, but any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the NETL requirement may identify themselves and provide evidence of their capability. • Responses must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist Lauren Page via email by 1300 PM ED on 05/27/2026.
