College Football Playoff (CFP) Team and Game Management Services

The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors to provide comprehensive team and game management, as well as event production services, for the College Football Playoff (CFP) National Championship scheduled for January 25, 2027, at Allegiant Stadium. The Successful Proposer will serve as the primary liaison between the LVCVA, CFP officials, participating teams, venue management, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless and successful execution of all event-related activities. Key responsibilities include: * Coordinate all travel, arrival, and departure logistics for participating teams * Manage team accommodations, practice schedules, and facility access * Oversee team transportation, parking, and security arrangements * Develop comprehensive event production plans, including detailed timelines, run-of-show documents, and contingency protocols * Coordinate all pre-game, halftime, and post-game ceremonies, entertainment, and presentations * Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and accessibility regulations related to game operations
