F--FARMING & IRRIGATION SERVICES AT CNWR & CVCA

The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking capability statements from qualified contractors to provide farming and irrigation services at the Cibola Valley Conservation Area (CVCA) and the Cibola Valley National Wildlife Refuge Unit#1 (CNWR) in La Paz County, Arizona. The selected contractor will be responsible for maintaining and developing land cover types, combining knowledge of farming, maintenance, and irrigation practices to manage vegetation necessary for covered species requirements. The contractor will also operate existing pumps, canals, and ditches, and perform site maintenance, farming practices, road maintenance, and dust control. • Irrigation services, repair, and maintenance • Site maintenance • Farming practices, including the use of farming equipment • Road maintenance and dust control • Chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, larvicides, and fertilizer knowledge, including permits where necessary • Experience with using a shared canal system
