IN STATE COURIER SERVICES

The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is seeking a vendor to provide in-state courier services for the transportation of various items, including medications, interdepartmental communications, lock bags, urine specimens, and supplies, between correctional facilities and other state agencies. The vendor will be required to provide same-day services, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and official state holidays. The contract is expected to start on November 1, 2025, and end on June 30, 2027, with the option to extend for an additional two years. The vendor will be responsible for providing their own vehicles, drivers, and equipment, and will be required to comply with various state and federal regulations, including HIPAA and PREA.
