MSH Camera Maintenance

The State of Montana, Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Procurement and Contracts, is seeking a vendor to service and maintain existing surveillance and music systems at the Montana State Hospital. The selected vendor will perform bi-weekly visits for service and maintenance. The scope of work includes checking servers, verifying correct operation of storage drives, cleaning equipment rooms, and replacing defective hard drives. The vendor should have experience in servicing and maintaining similar surveillance systems and be able to maintain the existing systems during the planned upgrade period. Key points to consider: • Bi-weekly visits to both facilities for service and maintenance • Gradual upgrades of servers and cameras over 4 to 5 years • Vendor should have experience in servicing and maintaining similar surveillance systems • Ability to maintain existing systems during the upgrade period • Previous positive service history with similar institutions is desirable
