The Lafourche Parish Government is seeking qualified contractors to execute demolition, renovation, and new construction for the LFC Fletcher CDL Training facility. The project includes expanding existing building space to house multiple vocational programs (carpentry, electrical, HVAC, welding, construction management, CDL, lineworker, heavy‑equipment operator, and adult basic education), adding and revising MEP, data, IT, fire suppression, flood‑proofing, paving, structural steel, metal framing, exterior skin, roof, and parking. A 5 % bid bond or equivalent cash deposit is required, and bidders must hold a valid Louisiana construction license for building construction and a SAM.gov UEI.
