RFQ: Autonomous UAV System

West Virginia Parkways Authority is seeking a vendor to supply a fully assembled, autonomous unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) system for infrastructure inspections. The contract calls for delivery of the UAV (Skydio 2+ Enterprise Kit or equivalent), associated training, a 12‑month warranty, a technical support program, and a parts‑and‑service discount schedule. Delivery must occur within 60‑90 calendar days of contract signing, with liquidated damages for late delivery. An option exists for a second unit within 90 days of award under the same terms. • Provide a ready‑to‑fly UAV with 4K HDR camera, ≥12 MP, 3× optical zoom, 25‑minute endurance, 25 mph wind tolerance, AI‑driven autonomous flight, and built‑in 3D scanning/motion‑planning. • Supply all required documentation: operator/maintenance manual, warranty, training materials, and discount schedule. • Deliver, install, and train (in‑person or online) WVPA staff; maintain a one‑year support account and honor a 12‑month warranty within 80 mi of the delivery point. • Submit a sealed paper bid (no electronic submission) by July 13 2022 2 pm, with all required affidavits, registration proof, and preference documentation.
