U9 FGD/BATW ZERO LIQUID DISCHARGE PROJECT

Muscatine Power and Water is seeking sealed bids for the design, fabrication, supply, testing, delivery, and documentation of six FGD slurry pump packages (maintenance area sump pumps, return water pumps, and maintenance transfer pumps) and associated motors for the U9 FGD/BATW Zero Liquid Discharge Project. The work includes engineering design, procurement of pumps and motors from approved manufacturers, on‑site installation supervision, and testing. Delivery of equipment is expected between December 1 2027 and February 2 2028, with design work commencing immediately after award. Bids must be submitted electronically via Ion Wave by 3:00 PM CT on October 29 2026; a pre‑bid meeting is not required.
