Description
The University of North Texas System is seeking qualified architectural/engineering firms to provide full design services for a phased renovation of three existing academic buildings on its Denton campus (Sycamore Hall, General Academic Building, and Language Building). The work includes programming, schematic and design development, construction documents, cost estimating, and construction‑administration services under a Construction Manager‑at‑Risk delivery method. The firm must demonstrate experience with university‑level renovations, phased project delivery, MEP modernization, historic building upgrades, and the ability to produce detailed cost estimates at multiple design stages. A 3.25 % Vet‑HUB subcontracting plan is also required.
