Pikes Peak State College (PPSC) is establishing a pre‑qualified pool of up to three architectural/engineering firms to provide on‑call design services for campus renovations, space modifications, facility improvements, and parking lot upgrades across its Colorado Springs campuses. Projects will range from minor interior work to larger multi‑room renovations, each with a budget between $50,000 and $1,000,000. Firms will be evaluated on team qualifications, past experience, and capability to respond quickly (proposal within one week, start work within two weeks).
