Wings of Aloha Event Support

The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide event coordination and logistical support services for the Wings of Aloha 2026 Open House, scheduled for 11-12 September 2026. The contractor will be responsible for providing bus transportation and route management, as well as event sanitation services. The contractor must provide ten motorcoach buses, with eight having a minimum capacity of 50 passengers and five being ADA-compliant. The contractor will also be responsible for installing and managing event sanitation facilities, including thirty portable toilets and five handwashing stations. Key requirements include: • Providing all personnel, equipment, and materials necessary for comprehensive event support • Developing a final route plan and providing dispatchers at all loading/unloading zones • Ensuring a bus is always available at the event loading zone • Installing and managing event sanitation facilities • Submitting a personnel list for base access vetting by 11 August 2026 • Providing several key documents with their quote, including a Quote, Bus Route Plan, Sanitation Plan, and Quality Assurance Plan
