PEO-FW FANTOM Behavior Integration (A2E) Assessment Event (AE)

The U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), together with the PEO‑Fixed Wing office, is hosting a virtual Assessment Event to identify vendors capable of integrating novel autonomous behaviors into the FANTOM software stack for the Adaptive Airborne Enterprise (A2E) ecosystem. Participants will submit capability statements, attend a Q&A teleconference, and may be invited to a three‑day virtual pitch session where they demonstrate SDK integration, behavior packaging, and validation concepts. The effort seeks to build a catalog of new autonomy behaviors, assess integration competency, and select partners for potential OTA or other research agreements. • Targeted at industry, academia, and national labs with expertise in autonomous system software, SDK development, and UAV swarm behaviors. • Submissions are due 5 Nov 2026; a Q&A session occurs on 20 Oct 2026. • Follow‑on phases may include OTA, CRADA, or FAR‑based contracts depending on prototype success.
