The Cecil County Public Schools (CCPS) is seeking proposals for an Individual Stop Loss contract from an "A" rated or higher Stop Loss insurance carrier. The contract is to be effective September 1, 2026, and will provide Medical/Rx Stop Loss coverage for approximately 2,400 employees.
