Statutory Exam of TrueScripts Management Services, LLC

The State of West Virginia, Offices of the Insurance Commissioner, is seeking a vendor to perform statutory and market conduct examinations of pharmacy benefit managers, specifically TrueScripts Management Services, LLC. The examination will be conducted in compliance with W. Va. Code 33-2-9 and in accordance with the Pharmacy Benefit Managers Act and the Health Benefit Plan Network Access and Adequacy Act. The selected vendor will be required to provide financial accounting services.
