Description
The City of Cleveland is seeking a contractor to install six speed tables at designated locations throughout the city. The work includes surface preparation, asphalt placement, thermoplastic markings, installation of delineators/bollards, and associated traffic‑control signage, all to conform with Ohio Department of Transportation specifications and the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices. Bids must be submitted electronically by the closing deadline, and required compliance forms (Northern Ireland Fair Employment Practices and Wage‑Theft Disclosure) must accompany the bid.
• Install 6 speed tables at specific addresses with Asphalt Concrete (PG 64‑22) surface, crack‑sealing, tack coat, and three yield‑line markings per table.
• Provide and install three Qwick Kurb Mega Marker delineators, a 30‑in. speed‑table sign and an 18‑in. 10 MPH advisory sign on both sides of each table.
• All materials must meet ODOT Item specifications (407, 423, 441, 620, 644, 630) and be delivered FOB to the city’s address; pricing is on a per‑installed‑table basis, not to exceed $49,999.99 total.
