The College of Coastal Georgia is seeking qualified contractors to replace the air‑handling unit (AHU) for the Coffin Gym at its Brunswick campus. The project is a lump‑sum, open‑market procurement for a single HVAC system, requiring bidders to attend a mandatory pre‑bid conference, submit full qualifications, bid and bid bonds, and provide performance and payment bonds equal to the contract sum. The work includes removal of the existing unit, installation of a new air‑handler, associated ductwork, controls, and testing/commissioning.
