Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

Based on typical costs for full HVAC system replacement (including equipment, ductwork, electrical upgrades, and labor) in a small residential‑type cottage, estimates range from $50,000 to $200,000 per unit. With ten cottages, the total contract value is likely between $500,000 and $2,000,000. Factors influencing the final amount include the specific equipment specifications, site‑specific conditions, and any additional contingency or design fees.
