Academic Regalia, Accessories, & Diploma Cover Services

Rowan University is seeking a qualified vendor to design, manufacture, supply, and support a comprehensive suite of academic regalia, related accessories, and diploma‑cover products for its commencement programs. The contract includes both keepsake (owned) and rental options, online ordering platforms, on‑campus distribution events, shipping logistics, cleaning/repair services, and the ability to provide custom, university‑branded items such as hoods, caps, tassels, honor cords, stoles, class rings, and leather diploma covers. The award will be for an initial one‑year term with potential annual renewals through 2031, requiring adherence to New Jersey statutory procurement rules, specific insurance coverage, and fixed pricing throughout the contract period. • Provide academic gowns, caps, tams, hoods, and accessories for bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral (PhD/EdD, MD/DO, future DVM) graduates – both owned and rental models. • Supply diploma‑cover leather products (8.5×11 in. and 12×18 in.) with university embossing and optional interior lettering. • Deliver a secure e‑commerce ordering system, direct‑to‑student shipping, on‑campus fitting/distribution events, and post‑event cleaning/repair/inventory management. • Offer custom design services (embroidery, color matching, specialty regalia for officials, honorary‑degree hoods) and sustainability‑focused product options.
