Annual Heat Recovery Steam Generator Cleaning Services

The City of Lakeland is seeking a qualified contractor to provide interior Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) cleaning services at the McIntosh Power Plant, Unit 5. The contractor will be responsible for cleaning the HRSG tube bundles, CO Catalyst, SCR Catalyst, and ammonia injection grid, as well as performing associated inspection, debris removal, and restoration activities. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods. The contractor must comply with all applicable OSHA requirements and City safety procedures, and must provide daily progress updates and written Quality Assurance Reports. • The contractor must have experience with HRSG cleaning and must provide references. • The contractor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to perform the work. • The contractor must comply with all City policies and procedures, including those related to safety, insurance, and indemnification. • The contractor must provide a detailed pricing proposal, including breakdowns for each component of the work.
