Laboratory coats and Bi-weekly laundering services

The U.S. Department of Labor, Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is seeking a contractor to provide laboratory coats and bi-weekly laundering services for the Pittsburgh Safety and Health Technology Center (PSHTC). The contractor will be responsible for providing garments for specified employees and maintaining a bi-weekly laundering service. The laboratory coats will be made of poplin and available in two different colors, white and light blue, with patches displaying the "United States Department of Labor", "MSHA", and employee names. • The contractor must be able to provide a bi-weekly pick-up and delivery schedule for coats that need laundry service or repairs. • The contractor must inspect each coat during laundering and perform minor repairs at no additional cost. • The contractor must replace coats that are lost or irreparably damaged while in their possession at no cost to the government. • The contractor must provide a quality control program to ensure services are performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
