UMGC is seeking a consulting firm to augment its Analytics Department with a full suite of analytics‑related technology services. The contractor will provide staff augmentation (BI analysts, data engineers, Tableau administrator, project manager) to maintain and enhance UMGC’s AWS‑based data warehouse, Tableau reporting platform, and numerous data integrations (PeopleSoft, Salesforce, Workday, D2L, etc.). The effort includes ongoing data‑warehouse operations, ETL/ELT development, Tableau Server administration, technical project management, security/privacy compliance, and ad‑hoc analytical support, all with a 99 % uptime target and business‑hour support plus overnight monitoring. • Provide staff‑augmentation (≈10 FTE) covering BI analysis, data engineering, Tableau administration, and project management. • Maintain AWS Redshift data‑warehouse, daily ETL loads, and integrations with ~20 source systems. • Administer Tableau Server, manage user access, perform upgrades, and produce monthly availability reports. • Deliver ad‑hoc reporting, self‑service data sets, and deep‑dive analyses; track performance metrics. • Ensure compliance with SOC 2/HECVAT security standards, GDPR/CMMC privacy requirements, and Maryland living‑wage rules.
