Business Intelligence and Data Analytic Solutions

This RFP seeks qualified vendors to provide Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Analytic solutions for 1GPA’s cooperative members (public schools, municipalities, tribal entities, etc.) across the United States. The contract will be a one‑year initial term beginning March 8 2027, with up to four optional one‑year extensions. Solutions must support data collection, integration, management, transformation, analysis, and visualization for a wide range of public‑sector use cases (education, finance, facilities, public safety, health, transportation, etc.). Vendors may also offer related professional services such as implementation, data migration, dashboard development, training, and ongoing support. The award will be made to the proposal that best balances cost, functionality, experience, and value‑added offerings. • Target audience: 1GPA members (K‑12 districts, higher‑education institutions, local governments, tribal agencies). • Scope: Full‑stack BI platforms (cloud/SaaS, on‑prem, or hybrid) with reporting, dashboards, advanced analytics, data warehousing, ETL, governance, security, and GIS capabilities. • Required services: Implementation, configuration, integration, training, maintenance, and technical support. • Contract type: Percent discount off manufacturer price list, fixed‑price, or hybrid; indefinite quantities. • Term: 1 year (starting 8 Mar 2027) with up to 4 one‑year extensions; renewal possible based on usage and performance. • Submission: Electronic via OpenGov Procurement; questions due 17 Nov 2026; proposal due 9 Dec 2026 1:00 PM MST.
