Homeowners and Flood Insurance Tracking & Payment Service Provider

The Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation is seeking a qualified provider to deliver a comprehensive Homeowner Flood Insurance Tracking and Payment Service. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining accurate insurance policy records, processing and disbursing payments to homeowners, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and providing ongoing customer support and reporting. This effort supports the state’s flood insurance program by improving data integrity, payment timeliness, and homeowner communication. • Develop and maintain a secure, centralized system for tracking homeowner flood insurance policies. • Process, verify, and disburse payments related to flood insurance claims in accordance with program guidelines. • Provide regular compliance reporting and data analytics to the agency. • Offer a dedicated help‑desk and outreach services to assist homeowners throughout the insurance lifecycle. • Ensure system interoperability with existing state databases and external insurance carriers.
