Contract Administration & Inspection Services for North Franklin Reconstruction - 2nd to 6th St.

The City and Borough of Juneau is seeking a consultant to provide contract administration and inspection services for the North Franklin Reconstruction - 2nd to 6th St project. The scope of work includes reconstruction of the roadway, sidewalks, and curb & gutter, as well as reconstruction of the water lines and select sewer and storm drain features. The consultant will be responsible for ensuring that the contractor constructs the work in accordance with the authorized Drawings and Specifications. • The project is expected to be completed by October 15, 2026. • The consultant will be responsible for providing contract administration and inspection services, including daily reports and progress payments. • The consultant will be required to maintain insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, professional liability, and workers compensation insurance. • The consultant will be responsible for coordinating with adjacent property owners and the public during construction. • The consultant will be required to provide as-built drawings and other documentation at the completion of the project.
