The City of Las Cruces is soliciting proposals for the procurement of labor necessary for the repair and maintenance of light, medium, and heavy-duty automobiles, trucks, and equipment. The selected firm will be required to provide a detailed invoice for each unit repaired, including estimate number, parts authorization number, work order number, inventory number of unit, year, make, and model of unit, license plate number, detailed explanation of service(s) performed, itemized prices, environmental disposal fee, total repair cost, sales tax, and delivery date and time. The firm will also be required to comply with all OSHA laws and regulations, have a minimum of two years of full-time business experience in the general automobile labor expertise, and provide a minimum of three commercial references. • The contract will be for a period of five years. • The City reserves the right to cancel any proposal prior to or after award. • The City does not warrant or represent that any award or recommendation will be made as a result of this solicitation. • All costs incurred by the respondent in preparing and responding to this solicitation are the sole responsibility of the respondent. • The City requires a two-hour notice if the selected contractor cannot provide service for any given day. • The contractor must ensure they have the capability and facility to provide the services they are offering.
