MISCELLANEOUS ARCHITECTURE AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR ARCHITECTURAL

The Parish of Jefferson is soliciting statements of qualifications from persons or firms interested and qualified to provide professional architectural and engineering services on an as-needed basis for architectural type projects located throughout the Parish. The selected firms will provide design, construction administration, and related supplemental services. The firms must have at least one principal who is a licensed, registered architect or professional engineer in the State of Louisiana, and a professional in charge of the project who is a licensed, registered architect in the State of Louisiana with a minimum of five years' experience. The evaluation criteria include professional training and experience, size of firm, capacity for timely completion of work, past performance, and location of the principal office. • The firms must submit a statement of qualifications, including a TEC professional services questionnaire, by the deadline. • The firms must identify all sub-consultant firms they expect to use to provide professional services. • The firms must submit a statement of qualifications for each sub-consultant firm. • The Parish reserves the right to determine the method of payment for each individual assignment. • The firms must comply with all provisions in the public notice and Jefferson Parish Code of Ordinances Section 2-926 et seq.
