Executive Search Firm Services

The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is seeking a qualified executive search firm to assist in the comprehensive nationwide search for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The selected firm will be responsible for preparing and conducting the search process. The RTAA reserves the right to not award an agreement and to negotiate additional services and/or extend the duration of the agreement with the selected respondent. • The RTAA is looking for a firm with experience in executive search services, particularly in the airport or public agency sector. • The selected firm will be required to submit a proposal via the Nevada Government eMarketplace (NGEM) website. • The RTAA will evaluate proposals based on the evaluation criteria set forth in the RFP. • The agreement will be effective on the date approved by the RTAA Board of Trustees, signed by all required parties, and filed with the Contracts & Procurement Department. • The RTAA reserves the right to hire additional subject matter experts for specialty items, as needed, at its discretion.
