This contract delivers a comprehensive renovation of Building 13 at the Castle Point VA Medical Center, encompassing demolition, brick replacement, tuck‑pointing, roof replacement, stair repair, and façade restoration. The work must adhere to VA security, safety, and infection‑control requirements, and all communications, submittals, and scheduling will be managed through the VA Autodesk Build (ACC) platform. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision, and must obtain VA ID badges for all personnel prior to site entry.
